Cetro Automatic Sealer Machine CASM 800 was developed to optimize production and reduce manpower in packaging processes. Because it contains a conveyor belt, the process becomes continuous, allowing the operator to operate more quickly and without weariness.

Its production line is entirely automated, allowing it to seal around 19,200 packages per day. Its operation method can be easily and simply adjusted to provide uniform and tamper-proof sealing.

VERSATILE USE

Two machines in one, CASM 800 is the best option for sealing products with the packaging horizontally or vertically. With a height-adjustable conveyor, this machine allows you to position the packaging according to your needs, making it easy to seal solid, liquid, or pasty products. 

The horizontal sealing operation is ideal for packaging dry products such as grains, peanuts, spices, and parts, as the package sits on the conveyor belt. The vertical sealing operation, on the other hand, allows for the safer packing of larger bags or bags containing liquids and pastes, without the risk of product falling or package contamination.

This model has height adjustments between 3,9 and 14 inches when used vertically, and its conveyor has a load capacity of 3 kg, making CASM 800 an excellent option for different production sectors. 

SIMPLE AND INTUITIVE PANEL 

The CASM 800's panel is easy to use and set. It allows you to control the sealing temperature, which varies depending on the thickness and type of packaging, the conveyor's speed, and the temperature of the date printer. 

APPLICATION 

Cetro Automatic Sealer Machine offers the highest quality sealing with efficient performance. It can seal aluminum, BOPP, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polynylon, bag toppers (with lamination), and any plastic packaging. 

SEALING DETAILS 

The sealing jaws are simply adjusted by increasing or decreasing the pressure to accommodate packages of different thicknesses and sizes. With a sealing width of 0,39 inches and a temperature range of 0 to 300 °C, sealing is exceptionally safe. 

To seal bag toppers, simply raise the temperature to around 280 °C and slow down the conveyor. This will seal both the package and the bag topper.
