Cetro Automatic Band Sealer Machine CASM 800 was developed to optimize production and reduce manpower in packaging processes. As it has a conveyor, the process becomes continuous, making the operator work faster and with less fatigue. 

With a fully automatic system for its production line, it can seal approximately 19,200 packages a day. Simply and intuitively, it is possible to adjust its operating process to achieve uniform and tamper-proof sealing. 

VERSATILE USE 

Two machines in one, CASM 800 is the best option for sealing products with the packaging horizontally or vertically. With a height-adjustable conveyor, this machine allows you to position the packaging according to your needs, making it easy to seal solid, liquid, or pasty products. 

In horizontal sealing, the package sits on the conveyor belt, which makes it ideal for dry products such as grains, peanuts, spices, parts, and more. Vertical sealing, on the other hand, makes it possible to pack larger bags or bags containing liquids and pastes more safely, without the risk of dropping the product or contaminating the packaging. 

This model has height adjustments between 0.39 and 1.4 inches when used vertically, and its conveyor has a load capacity of 3 kg, making CASM 800 an excellent option for different production sectors. 

SIMPLE AND INTUITIVE PANEL 

CASM 800's panel is intuitive and simple to adjust. With it, you can regulate the sealing temperature, which can vary according to the thickness and type of packaging, as well as the conveyor’s speed and the temperature of the date printer. 

APPLICATION 

Cetro Automatic Band Sealer Machine offers the highest quality sealing with efficient performance. It can seal aluminum, BOPP, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polynylon, bag toppers (with lamination), and any plastic packaging. 

SEALING DETAILS 

The sealing jaws can be easily adjusted by increasing or decreasing the pressure to suit packages of different thicknesses and sizes. With a sealing width of 0.39 inches and a temperature range between 0 and 300 °C, sealing is extremely reliable. 

To seal bag toppers, simply increase the temperature to around 280 °C and slow down the conveyor. In this way, both the package and the bag topper will be sealed.
