Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most machines and equipment within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Items must be returned with proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).
Returns must be pre-authorized by our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-built or special-order machines
Clearance or final sale items
Items that have been used, damaged, or modified
Software and digital products
Consumables and accessories (unless defective)
Return Process
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team at [email/phone] within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack the Item Securely
Repack the machine in its original packaging. Ensure all components, manuals, and accessories are included.
Ship the Return
Once approved, ship the item using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Restocking Fees
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the condition of the item and the nature of the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Provide photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.
