Cetro Semiautomatic Paste Filling Machine CSFM P-1000 PC performs a semiautomatic and accurate filling process of paste products, which brings more productivity without wastage. With a hopper for 35 L of products, this equipment has 3 filling range models: 10-100 ml, 100-1,000 ml, and 1,000-5,000 ml.

Whether your production is small or large, this robust and compact machine can perfectly suit your needs with a productivity of up to 12 bottles per minute. The dosing control is done with a knob and the measurement is in millimeters.

FILLING SPEED

The Cetro Filling Machine is driven by a pneumatic system, so the piston does not come into contact with the product to be filled, ensuring a product free from contamination and damage caused by the external environment.

EASY TO CLEAN 

Cetro Semiautomatic Filling Machine has a pneumatic system, in which the piston has no contact with the product. Thus, cleaning is simple and practical: you will need a cleaner, such as water, alcohol, and detergent, and pass them through the entry and exit ducts and fill them at least ten times.  

If you find it necessary, you can disassemble and do a complete sanitization of the piston, hose, and nozzles; this complete and detailed process takes about fifteen minutes.
