Ingredients:
- 02 beef tenderloin medallions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 01 sprig of rosemary
- 02 crushed garlic cloves
- 01 tablespoon of butter
- 50ml dry red wine
- 02 large, boiled potatoes
- 01 teaspoon of truffle oil
Instructions:
- Season the medallions with salt and black pepper.
- Put them in a vacuum bag with the garlic and the rosemary, and seal them with Cetro SupremeVac Slim Chamber Vacuum Sealer.
- Cook in Cetro Sous Vide Precision Cooker CSVC 84 at 56 °C for 1h30.
