This machine has a 316L stainless steel structure and a pneumatic piston system that does not touch the product; thus, it can work in small, medium, and large-scale industries of food and pharmaceutical products with total hygiene and integrity of the products.

This model is a safe machine that does not offer risks to the operator because it follows national and international safety standards, such as CE, NR-10, and NR-12.

The machine doesn’t have a viscosity limit, meeting all types of pasty products. Thus, the higher the viscosity, the higher the filling air pressure must be.
HOPPER FOR 40 LITERS OF PRODUCT
Its hopper total capacity is 40 liters, and it has a lid to preserve the integrity of the product. This equipment is perfect for the filling of alcohol gel.
PRODUCTIVITY
When configured according to the required air pressure and the viscosity of the product to be filled, this model of Cetro Semiautomatic Paste Filling Machine can achieve the productivity of up to 2,200 bottles per hour.
SEMIAUTOMATIC SYSTEM
With a semiautomatic system, this equipment works with a manual or automatic operation. In manual mode, the production speed is set by the operator through a pedal. In automatic mode, the felling speed is defined by the amount of air that enters the machine, in other words, the more air, the faster the process.
