Cetro Semiautomatic Liquid Filling Machine 1000-5000 ml - 2 Nozzles performs a semiautomatic filling of liquids with accuracy and without variations. With a double nozzle, this model can fill products of different dosages simultaneously.
This machine has a 304 stainless steel structure and a pneumatic piston system that does not touch the product; thus, it can work in the food and pharmaceutical industries with total hygiene and integrity of the products.
The suction hoses have 4 cm in diameter and 1.5 m in length; they can be connected directly to tanks or reservoirs. The machine installation is simple, its locomotion is easy, and it can be used in several sectors of the company. In addition, it is easy to clean, because the filling nozzles are removable, as well as the other machine parts that touch the product.
SUPPLY SYSTEM
Cetro Semiautomatic Liquid Filling Machine has a sturdy suction hose that can be adapted to your production line. The hose can be immersed in a 50-liter container to pneumatically pump the product for the filling. This system has 100% filling accuracy, without dosage variations. If your product is in tanks or reservoirs, the hose can also be connected directly to them, so the process becomes continuous.

EASY TO CLEAN
Cetro Semiautomatic Liquid Filling Machine has a pneumatic system, in which the piston has no contact with the product. Thus, cleaning is simple and practical: you will need a cleaner, such as water, alcohol, and detergent to pass them through the entry and exit ducts and fill them at least ten times repeatedly.
If you find it necessary, you can disassemble and do a complete sanitization of the piston, hose, and nozzles; this complete and detailed process takes about fifteen minutes.
