Cetro Portable Vacuum Sealer - Reservoir PROPACK+ CPVS 400 R - 110 V
The Portable Vacuum Sealers line from Cetro has gained another member: the PROPACK+ CPVS 400 R. The only machine in its category that has two mechanisms to remove air from inside the packages. This equipment performs the vacuum process on flat vacuum bags using the suction nozzle and on structured bags using a vacuum cavity with a negative pressure process.
The machine is ideal for small and medium production demands, whether for restaurants that need to save their food or cook it by Sous-vide, or for home demands to improve the quality of the food, as well as to expand cooking techniques. The equipment has a reservoir for the excess liquid that may be contained in the packaging, not allowing the liquid to impair the operation of its pump.
PROPACK+ from Cetro can seal a range of products because it does two types of processes, which allows sealing in structured bags and ensures a safe seal to packages with products that might damage a common vacuum bag.
AUTOMATIC PROCESS
PROPACK+ performs the entire process without manual work. All adjustments are made through its digital panel and its suction nozzle is activated at the push of a button.
LIQUID RESERVOIR
This model can safely seal products with a certain volume of liquids since it has a reservoir that does not allow any liquid from the inside of packages to get into its pump.
VACUUM PACKAGING IN STRUCTURED BAGS
PROPACK+ has a special sealing cavity for structured bags of up to 32 centimeters, which allows the sealing of tougher products that can damage standard packages such as meat with bones and other types of punctiform products. In addition, this sealing cavity allows the sealing of powdered products.
VACUUM PACKAGING IN FLAT BAGS
The machine also has a suction nozzle to seal flat packages perfectly, removing up to 99% of the air from the package and protecting the product up to five times more compared to common packaging processes.
HEAT-SEALING BAR
PROPACK+ has a 40 centimeters heat-sealing bar, which can be used along its entire length for seals made through its suction nozzle. For seals made through the negative pressure cavity, ideal for structured bags, the sealing is restricted to 32 centimeters in length.
