Cetro Nozzle Vacuum Sealer is equipment that provides Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) to extend the shelf life of the product. The great advantage of this model is its capacity to perform the seal, gas injection, and vacuum in a single process, and the possibility to work with packages with a large volume of products.
This equipment has a vacuum capacity of 0.8 Mpa to prevent the growth of microorganisms. This process also decelerates food spoilage and prevents further oxidation and natural enzymatic actions.
The equipment performs the entire process automatically once the parameters are set through its digital panel and the height of the platform is configured. The operator has only to place the packages while the machine is working.
