HIGH PRODUCTIVITY
This equipment is highly productive and capable of printing mandatory information on up to 3,600 packages or labels per hour. All parameters can be configured according to the machine's delay or by pedal operation.
COMPLETE 59-DIGIT KIT
The complete set comes with six units from 0 to 2, four units from 3 to 9, letters F (1), A (2), B (1), L (2), V (1), and six units of digits for space.
AUTOMATIC MODE OR PEDAL OPERATION
After pressing the pedal or programming the automatic mode on the panel, the heated digit holder contacts the ribbon, and the pressure transfers the information, stamping it onto the package.
HOT STAMPING RIBBON
Cetro Date Printer Machine – Electric uses a Hot Stamping ribbon, which means that the process is done by thermal transfer, in which the ribbon is printed on the packages by the heated digit holder. Therefore, once the information is printed on the package, it is impossible to remove or violate it. To ensure it, the equipment has resistors where the heating occurs, and the temperature is regulated on the simple and intuitive panel.
LOW MAINTENANCE COSTS
The printing ribbons, resistors, and fuse are the only replaceable parts in the machine. The lifespan of the resistor varies according to the machine’s time of use and the printing temperature can last up to two years or more under common use.
INVIOLABLE PRINTING
Its printing is clear and inviolable because it is made by thermal transfer, so it can be exposed to low or high-temperature conditions. In addition, its printing is easy to dry without the possibility of the dated information sticking to some other object or unwanted location.
