Cetro Chamber Vacuum Sealer - MAP Platform CCVS 400
Cetro Chamber Vacuum Sealer - MAP Platform CCVS 400 features two heat-sealing bars, each measuring 40 cm, with a 1 cm thick weld, and a vacuum chamber length of 45 cm. Its 304 stainless steel structure prevents oxidation, ensuring hygiene and durability, making it suitable for any work environment.
Equipped with an acrylic lid for enhanced process visualization and a vacuum pump with a capacity of 40 m³/h, CCVS 400 offers a semi-automatic process requiring manual placement and removal of products from the chamber. It boasts low energy consumption and customizable vacuum time ranging from 0 to 60 seconds per cycle, depending on the product, maintaining excellent productivity and cost-effectiveness.
ADVANTAGES OF VACUUM PACKAGING
Vacuum packaging is ideal for products sold directly to customers or for domestic use. It involves sealing products inside plastic bags with complete air removal to prevent the growth of microorganisms, such as fungi, bacteria, and microbes, thereby slowing down food spoilage and preventing further oxidation and natural enzymatic actions.
DIVERSITY OF APPLICATIONS
CCVS 400 finds applications across various industries, sealing packages containing meat, snacks, fish, vegetables, cereals, sausages, pizza, sliced cold cuts, poultry, pasta, cheese, beef, frozen foods, mushrooms, fruits, and more.
ADVANTAGES OF MAP
Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) is widely used in the processing and storage of fragile products to extend shelf life without compromising quality. By injecting a gas atmosphere, typically nitrogen combined with carbon dioxide, MAP inhibits microorganisms, reduces pH value, prevents oxidation, and maintains internal package volume, thereby preserving product freshness.
