Cetro Automatic Sealer Machine – Induction Conveyor uses a modern sealing process. The seal is attached to the cap without the contact of any external agent during the sealing, which guarantees an efficient, hygienic, and safe process.

The aluminum seal melts slightly near the edge of the bottle/packaging through electromagnetic induction. The seal adheres to the edges, sealing the inside of the bottle from the outside environment.

The packaging becomes leak-proof and safe from external contamination, contributing to extending the product’s shelf life. This type of sealing is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, pesticide, insecticide, lubricant, and cosmetics industries, among other sectors.

ROD WITH HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

The operator can adjust the inductor height manually using a knob so it can be suitable to the bottle height.

PANEL WITH INTUITIVE COMMANDS

Cetro Sealer Machine has a digital panel and lights that indicate the status of the operation. In case of any changes in the processes, a light will illuminate on the panel and, if necessary, it is possible to adjust the intensity of the sealing to keep the equipment working optimally, attesting to a safe and efficient process.

This equipment can seal different bottles of pasty, liquid, and cream products of the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical industries, and other sector. The bottles that use that type of sealing are made of rigid materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, PET, LDPE, cardboard + pet, cardboard + PE, or cardboard + wax.

EASE AND AGILE PRODUCTION

The aluminum seal is attached to the cap and the electromagnetic induction will seal the paper. It is necessary only a single sealing step to attach the seal to the bottle or packaging.

WATER COOLING

To ensure the best performance, the equipment has a user-friendly water-cooling system that can easily be fed. The water is added to the reservoir, which is closed to avoid the ingress of impurities or dirt from the environment, ensuring correct operation.

SEALING ADJUSTMENTS

The easy and intuitive sealing adjustment can be made on the control panel to guarantee practical and efficient machine performance. Therefore, the operator can easily set the heat intensity necessary for the sealing process according to the bottle diameter. Simply turn the top part according to the demarcated measurement, making the seal perfect and tamper-proof.
