Cetro Automatic Sealer Machine LGYF-2000-BX performs a modern, fast, and efficient sealing process in which the bottle that will be closed with the hygienic seal does not touch any hot surface, such as the heat press.
On the electromagnetic induction principle to produce immediate high heat, the aluminum seal is melted and adheres to the bottle/packaging to seal it. The sealing is leak-proof and rust-proof and extends the product's shelf life. This system is widely used in the pharmaceutical, pesticide, insecticide, lubricant, and cosmetics industries, among other sectors.
With automatic time and intensity settings, the process is simple and automatic. The machine has a microcontrolled control circuity, which allows the conveyor to operate at variable speeds to increase productivity. The operator needs to set the temperature and speed just one time and place the packaging sequentially in the conveyor.
LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION
