This machine is made of electrostatic steel and is equipped with a high-capacity 304 stainless steel conveyor belt, a date printer, a digital control panel with a high-performance PLC system, and artificial intelligence. Cetro Flow Pack CFPM 450 I works with a high-sensitivity optical sensor system that guarantees well sealing and protection of the packages. The excellent sealing of the four seal jaws system makes the packages ready to be sold.
The equipment can work with BOPP (bioriented polypropylene) reel film to achieve the highest standards of packaging and beauty levels of personalized packages. This type of film is also highly resistant to tears and humidity, offering greater durability to the product.
CONVEYOR BELT
Its conveyor belt, made of 304 stainless steel, is fast enough to meet demands of up to 120 products per minute, depending on the size and shape of how they will be packaged. It works perfectly with packaging widths between 80 and 200 mm and can be adjusted depending on the type of product.
PLC SYSTEM
One of the controllers most used by industries to control machines and industrial processes, the PLC system (Programmable Logic Controller) makes it easier for the user to program settings.
